All that portion of Lot 83 of 'rhe Ranchos Corral de Piedra,
Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal subdivided by James T. Stratton, C.E.
September 1873, in the City of Arro}•o Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, according to the map thereof filed
for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
San Luis Okiispo and all that portion of Lot 6 of the Nevada Tract
in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California according to the Alap thereof recorded August 5, 1893,
in Book B Page 6 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of
said County described in deed to G. E. Hendrix and Eva Hendrix,
husband and wife, recorded July 25, 1939 in Volume 263 at Page 59
records of said County;lying Southerly of "A" Line as said "A"
Line is delineated on a Record of Survey Map recorded December 6,
1968 in Book 16 of Licensed Survey Maps at Page 82 records of said
County, said "A" Line is described as follows, beginning at the
intersection of the centerline of Branch Street with the centerline
of Short Street as shown on said Record of Survey; thence along
the centerline of Short Street South 33°09'26" East 137.91 feet
to the intersection of the Northeasterly extension of "A" Line
with the said centerline of Short Street; thence along said North-
easterly extension of "A" Line South 58°18'S4" West 30.01 feet to
the Southwesterly line of Short Street and the true point of be-
qinning; thence continuing South 58°18'S4" West 465.48 feet to the
Northeaste�ly line of Bridge Street as shown on said Record of
Survey.
Containing 2G feet in width.
Reserving unto Grantor the right to use the loading dock on the property deeded
to the City until such time as it shall be removed. At that time, all interest
of Grantor in and to the use of said property shall terminate.
