Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Lot 8 in Block 2 of Tract No. 109,
according to map thereof filed in Volume 5 pa8e 107 of Maps in the office of
the San Luis Obispo County Recorder; thence North 3 15' East 60 feet on the
easterly line of Tract No. 109 and the westerly line oP Parcel 1 of that property
conveyed to Jack G. e.nd Ruth E. Sherlock by deed recorded in Volume 1618, page
29 of Official Records; thence South 86 45' East 153 feet; thence South 3 15'
Nest 60 feet on the easterly line of said Paxcel 1 oP the Sherlock property;
thence North 86 45� " West 153 feet to the true point of beginning.
Said esaement to remain in effect until released by the City of Arroyo Grande
or superseded by a public right of �+ay.
