Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of Parcel 2 of that property conveyed to
Mary D. Wilkins by deed recorded in Volume 1618, page 35 of Official Records, vhich
point bears Horth 86° 45' West, 86T<1 feet snd North 3 15' East, 790.61 feet from
point G.17 in the Easterly line of Lot 15 of said Folsom Tract; thence ftorth 3 15'
, et 1 19.33 feet on said Westerly property line; thence South 86° 46' 30" East, 15 feet
to a point in the Eeaterly line of said Wilkins property; theace South 3 15' West,
