DEED OF GIFT
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the betterment of the City of Arroyo Grande,
and for the purpose of making a gift to said City, the undersigned
WItLIAM Q, 0'CONN�OR AND GEORGIE E, 0'CONNOR, husband and wife
hereby quitclaim to the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, the
following described rea;l property to be used exclusively for public parking
purposes and/or ingress°and egress to properties being used exclusively for
pubiic parking purposes.
Said property is more particularly described as follows:
See "Exhibit A", attached, consisting of one (1) page.
The property hereby conveyed shatl be used only for the purposes
specifically hereinabove set forth in accordance with such rules and regu-
lations as may from time to time be set forth by the said City of Arroyo
Grande. �n the event said property, or any portion thereof, should be used
for any purpose other than herein designated, and, such use should continue
for a period of thirty days following written notice, by the Grantors or
their successors in interest, to the City of Arroyo Grande, the interest
herein conveyed to the City of Arroyo Grande shall terminate.

Alt that portion of Lots 5 and 6, of the Nevada Tract, in the City of
Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to
the map ihereof recorded August 5, 1893 in Book B, Page 6 of Maps in the
office of the County Recorder of said County described in deed to William Q.
0'Connor and Georgie E. 0'Connor, husband and wife, recorded December 7, 1965,
in Volume 1377 at Page 270 records of said County lying Southerly of "A" Line
as said "A" Line is detineated on a Record of Survey Map recorded December
6, 1968 in Book 16 of Licensed Survey Maps at Page 82, records of said County,
said "A" Line is described as follows, beginning at the intersection of the
centerline of Branch Street with the centerline of Short Street as shown on
said Record of Survey; thence along the centerline of Short Street South 33
09'26" East 137.91 feet to the intersection of the Northeasterly extension of
"A" Line with the said centerline of Short Street; thence along said North-
easterly extension of "A" Line South 5$ West 30.01 feet to the South-
westerly line of Short Street and the true point of beginning; thence continu-
ing South 5$ °18'S4 " West 465.48 feet to the Northeasterly line of Bridge
Street as shown on said Record of Survey.
