An easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining sewer, water and
drainage facilities, descrfbed as follows: That portion of Lots 17 and 18 of
the Folsom Tract, in the City of Arroyo Grande, according to map thereof filed
in Book B at page 75 of Maps, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Lot 8 in Block 2 of Tract No. 109,
according to map thereof filed in Volume 5 page 107 of Maps in the office of
the San Luis Obispo County Recorder; thence North 30 15' East 60 feet on the
easterly line of Tract No. 109 and the westerly line of Parcel 1 of that property
conveyed to Jack G. and Ruth E. Sherlock by deed recorded in Volume 1618, page
29 of official Records; thence South 860 45� East 153 feet; thence South 30 15'
Z�est 60 feet on the easterly Line of said Parcel 1 of the Sherlock property;
[hence North 860 45' West 153 feet to the true point of beginnin�.
Said easement to remain in e£fect until released by the City of Arroyo Grande
or superseded by a public right of way.
