Beginning at a point on [he Westerly line of Parcel 2 of that property conveyed to
Mary D. Wilkins be deed recorded in Volume 1618, page 35 of Official Records, which
point bears North 860 45� West, 867.1 feet and North 30 15' East, 790.61 feet from
point G.17 in the Easterly line of Lot 15 of said Folsom Tract; thence North 30 15�
East, 19.33 feet on said Westerly property line; thence South 860 46� 30'� East, 15
feet to a point in the Easterly line of said Wilkins property; thence South 3015� We:
19.33 feet on said Easterly property line� thence North 86046' 30�' West, 15 feet to
the true point of beginning.
