An easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining sewer, water and drainage
facilities over that portion of Lot 17 of the Folsom Tract and Lot 106 of the Ranchos
Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chamisal,!in the City of Arroyo Grande, according
to maps thereof filed in Book B, page 75 and Eook A, page 65 of Maps in the office of
the San Luis Obispo County Recorder, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of that property conveyed to Nick Lancaster
and Sons, Inc. by deed recorded in Volume 1385, page 257 of Official Records, which
point bears North 86° 45' West, 684.1 feet and North 3° 15' East, 790:69 feet from
point G.17 at the Easterly line of Lot 15 of said Folsom Tract; thence North 86° 46'
30" West, 168 feet to a point on the Westerly line of said Lancaster property; thence
North 3° 15' East, 60.00 feet on aforesaid Westerly property line; thence South 86°
46' 30" East, 168 feet to a point on the Easterly line of said Lancaster property;
thence South 3° 15' West 60,00 feet on aforesaid Easterly property line to the true
point of beginning.
Said easement to remain in effect until released by the City of Arroyo Grande or
superceded by a public right of way. ,
