consisting of one page, lying Easterly of the Westerly Plan Line as
shown on a map entitled "Plan Line—Elm Street, Grand Avenue to City
Limits" recorded in Book 15 of Licensed Surveys at Page 6, records
of said County.
The remaining property mentioned in said deed of trust shall mntinue to be held by said trustee under the
terms thereof and this reconveyance shall not affect the personal liability of any person for the unpaid portion oE the
