GRANT OF EASEMENT

Siegfried C. Baden and Myrtle B. Baden, hereinafter designated
as GRANTORS, do hereby grant unto the CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, A
Municipal Corporation, hereinafter designated as GRANTEE, an easement
over the hereinafter described real property for the purposes of
construction, reconstruction, maintenance and operation of a water
pipe line together with all appurtenances thereto for use by the
Grantee for the distribution of water.
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, said easement being described as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Lot 4,
Tract No. 136 as recorded in Book 6 of Maps at Page 88,
in the Records of San Luis Obispo County, thence South
86 45' East along the easterly prolongation of Brighton
Avenue, 320 feet; thence North 31 15' East 30 feet to
the prolongation of the center line of Brighton Avenue;
thence North 86 45 West along said prolongation, 320
feet to a point in the easterly tract line of said Tract
136; thence South 3 15' West, 30 feet along said easterly
tract line to the point of beginning.
