to maps thereof filed in Book B, page 75 and Book A, page 65 of Map's in the office
of the San Luis Obispo County Recorder, more particularly described in the deeds
of conveyance to Jack G. and Ruth E. Sherlock filed in Volume 1618, page 29 and
Volume 1620, page 994 of Official Records.

Beginning at the northeast corner of Parcel 2 as described in 1618-O.R.-29;
thence on the following courses:
1) South 3 West 229.31 feet on the easterly line of the aforesaid Sherlock
Property; thence
2) North 86 West 34.99 feet; thence �
3) northeasterly froin a tangent bearing South 85 East on a circular curve (}1
to the left with a radius of 20 feet through a central angle of 89 for an Q�
arc distance of 31.40 feet; thence �
