Part of the portions of Lots 17 and 18 of the Folsom Tract and
Lot 106 of Stratton's Survey of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo
and Rolsa de Chamisal,1according to maps thereof filed in Book B,
page 75 and Book A, page 65 of Maps in the office of the San Luis
Obispo County Recorder, and conveyed to Jack G, and Ruth E. Sherlock
by deeds filed in Volume 1618, page 29 and Volume 1620, page 994 of
Official Records, more particularly described as follows:
P.eginning at the northeast corner of Lot 8 of Tract D'o. 109,
according to map thereof filed in Book 5, page 107 of Maps in the
office of the San Luis Obispo County Recorder, said point being
on the southerly line of Rri�hton Avenue; thence on the following
courses:
1� South 86 East 153.00 feet tothe easterly line of the Sherlock
Property; thence
2) North 3 East 60,00 feet on said easterly line; thence
3) North 86 West 153.00 feet to a ppint on the westerly line
