Beginning at a point on the westerly line of said Parcel 1,
being on the easterly line of Halcyon Road, which lies North 1.00
feet distant from the southwest corner oP said Parcel 1; thence
East 308.00 feet parallel with and distant 1.00 feet from the southerly
line of said Parcel 1; thence North 39.00 feet; thence West 3.09
feet parallel with and distant 40.00 feet from the southerly line
of said Parcel 1 to a non-tangent curve having a radial bearing
of South 64°11'02" West; thence northwesterly, westerly and south-
westerly along said curve having a radius of 31.00 feet, a central
angle of 113°38'32" and a length of 61.49 feet to a reversing
