A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL O�H CITY 1s�5PM
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING RETROACTIVELY
IHREE_ DENIAL STRIPS, __ AS DEDICATED ON
TRACT MAP 550 IN THE VICINITY OF CERRO VISTA
CIRCLE.
WHEREAS, three denial strips (B, C and D) were created with Tract 550; and
WHEREAS, it has become evident that it would be in the best interest of the
citizens of Arroyo Grande that these denial strips be accepted as public right of
way rather than falling into the hands of other private owners through proceedings
following a tax default by the original developer.
NOW,_THEREFORE,_BE IT RESOLVED, that denial strips hown as B, C and D

on Tract 550 are hereby accepted retroactiveiy to Ju� ��T; fori-igfit of way
purposes by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande.
On motion of Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council Member Porter,
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council
Members Gallagher, Porter and Mayor Smith
Members Johnson and Moots
