This is a list of the items that are required to be complete by the Contract in order for the project to be deemed complete:
1. Correction of asphalt paving too high above the gutter (3 locations).
2. Correction of weakened asphalt paving on Nelson Street.
3. Correction of asphalt berms constructed with 3/4" mix.
4. Provide copies of the sewer video and log.
