That ROBERT E. EUBANKS, the decedent mentioned in the attached certified copy of Certificate of Death, is the same
person as ROBERT E. EUBANKS named as one of the parties in that certain deed dated luly 31, 1963, executed by
ROBERT W. MASE and MARY FAY MASE, husband and wife, to ROBERT E. EUBANKS AND SELMA B.
EUBANKS, husband and wife, as joint tenants, recorded as Instrument No. 26376,on October 17, 1963, in book 1265,
page 578 of Official Records of San Luis Obispo County, California, covering the following described property situated
in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California:
That poRion of Block 53 of the Town of Grover, according to map of said Town drawn by A. Lundquist
and filed for record November 23, 1892, in the office of the County Recorder of said County described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of said Block, distant thereon North 252.61 feet from the Southwest
corner of said Hbck; thence North along said West line, 60 feet; thence East and pazallel with the North
line of said Bluck, 120 faet; thence Soutn and pazallel with die West line of said Block, 6d feet; thence
West and pazallel with the Nocth line of said Block, 120 feet to the point of beginning.
