The following real property and the reconfiguration thereof into one (1) parcel as of the
date of recordation of this document, has been determined to be in compliance with the
applicable provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and local
ordinance enacted pursuant thereto. Said real property is a parcel which is the result of
Lot Line Adjustment Case 00-006 approved by the Planning Commission on October
3, 2000. The parcel CAN NOT be sold in a configuration other than that described
herein, without first having complied with all requirements of the State Subdivision Map
Act and the City's Municipal Code.
Property Description: As described in Exhibit A, and shown graphically for
reference in Exhibit B, attached to this certi�cate and incorporated herein as if set
forth in full.

Book 10, at Page 25, in City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, LYING
NORTHWESTERLY OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LINE;
Beginning on the southwesterly line of said parcel, N 33°59' W, 522.39 feet from the most southerly corner
