The following real property and the reconfiguration thereof into one (1) parcel as of the
date of recordation of this document, has been determined to be in compliance with the
applicable provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of Califomia and local
ordinance enacted pursuant thereto. Said real property is a parcei which is the result of
Lot Line Adjustment Case 01-006 approved by the Planning Commission on February
19. 2002. The parcel CAN NOT be sold in a configuration other than that described
herein, without first having complied with all requirements of the State Subdivision Map
Act and the City's Municipal Code.
Property Description: As described in Exhibit A, and shown grephically for
reference in Exhibit B, attached to this certi�cate and incorporated herein as if set
forth in full.

A portion of Lot 45 of Tract 2260, Phase I, according to the map thereof recorded
in Book 19 at Page 43 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder, San Luis Obispo
County, State of California, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot;
Thence along the easterly line thereof, SO°57'14"W, 95.16 feet;
Thence, N86°45'14"W, 78.01 feet to the easterly right-of-way of
Cranberry Street;
Thence along said right-of-way, N3°14'46"E, 70.47 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve having a radius of 23.00 feet;
Thence continuing along said right-of-way and along the southerly
right-of-way of Loganberry Street along said curve to the right concave
southeasterly through a central angle of 88°12'52", along an arc length of
