The following real property and the reconfiguration thereof into one (1) parcel as of the
date of recordation of this document, has been determined to be in compliance with the
applicable provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of Califomia and local
ordinance enacted pursuant thereto. Said real property is a parcel which is the result of
Lot Line Adjustment Case 01-006 approved by the Planning Commission on February
19, 2002. The parcel CAN NOT be sold in a configuration other than that described
herein, without first having complied with all requirements of the State Subdivision Map
Act and the City's Municipal Code.
Property Description: As described in Exhibit A, and shown graphically for
reference in Exhi6it B, attached to this certi�cate and incorporeted herein as if set

All of Lot 44 and a portion of Lot 45 of Tract 2260, Phase I, according to the map
thereof recorded in Book 19 at Page 43 of Maps in the o�ce of the County Recorder,
San Luis Obispo County, State of California, and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said lot 44 also being a point
in the northerly line of Raspberry Street;
Thence along said northerly line, N89°33'12"E, 3.62 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve having a radius of 75.00 feet;
Thence continuing along said northerly line and along the easterly
right-of-way of Cranberry Street, along said curve to the right concave
northeasterly through a central angle of 92°47'56°, along an arc length of
121.47 feet to the end of said curve;
Thence continuing along said easterly right-of-way, N3°14'46"E,
31.86 feet;
Thence, S86°45'14"E, 78.01 feet to the easterly line of said Lot
