That property described in the deed from Chester Lawrence, et. ux. to Joseph Cooper,
Sr. et. ux., recorded May 3, 1945, in Book 386, at Page 14, of Official Records, in the
office of the San Luis Obispo County Recorder, State of California. For reference
recited following.
All that portion of Lot Seven (7) in Block Nine (9) of Subdivision of property of W.N.
Short, T.J. Mason and W. Whiteley, according to map filed for record October 1, 1887,
in the o�ce of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of said Lot; thence North 57° East along the
Southeasterly line of said Lot, 81 feet; thence North 33° 10' West and parallel with the
Northeasterly line of said Lot, 72 feet to the Northwesterly line of the property conveyed
to Cleon Kyte et. ux., by deed dated July 27, 1925, and recorded in Book 5 of O�cial
Records, at page 207, records of said County; thence Southwesterly along said
Northwesterly line 81 feet, more or less, to the Southwesterly line of said Lot; thence
South 33°10' East along said Southwesterly line, 72 feet to the point of beginning.

That property described in the deed from Naomi L. Lawrence to Daniel J. Shaffer, et.
ux., recorded December 31, 1959, in Book 1040, at Page 433, of Official Records, in
the office of the San Luis Obispo County Recorder, State of California. For reference
recited following.
All that portion of Lot Seven (7) in Block Nine (9) of Subdivision of property of W.N.
Short, T.J. Mason and W. Whiteley, according to map filed for record October 1, 1887,
in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southeasterly line of said Lot, distant thereon North 57°
East 81 feet from tf�e most Southerly corner af said Lot, said point also being the most
Easterly corner of the property conveyed to Joseph L. Cooper, Sr., et. ux., by Deed
dated April 26, 1945 and recorded May 3, 1945 in Book 386 at page 14 of Official
Records; thence North 33°10' West along the Northeasterly line of the property so
conveyed, 72 feet to the Southeasterly line of the property conveyed to Wallace I Barr,
et. ux., by Deed dated July 12, 1947 and recorded July 16, 1947 in Book 450 at page
90 of Official Records; thence North 57° East along the Southeasterly line of the
property so conveyed 54 feet 6 1/2 inches to the Northeasterly line of said Lot; thence
South 33°10' East along said Northeasterly line 72 feet to the most Easterly corner of
said Lot; thence South 57° West along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 54 feet 6 1/2
