A portion of Lot 85 of the Ranchos Corral De Piedra, Bolsa De Chemisal surveyed by
Jas. T. Stratton, 1873, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
Califomia, according to map recorded in Book A, Page 65 of Maps in the office of the County
Recorder of said County and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of Branch Street, in said
City, said point being S 57°15'00" W, 127.75 feet distant from the most southerly
comer of the School Lot, as shown on the map of Buena Vista recorded October
2, 1885; in Book A, Page 58 of Maps in said County, said point also being the
most southerly corner of the property conveyed to George W. Robbins by deed
dated September 16, 1873 and recorded October 13, 1873 in Book E, Page 251
of Deeds of said County;
Thence S 57°15'00" W along the northwesterly line of said Branch Street,
63.88 feet to the most Easteriy comer of the property conveyed to Robert Farmer
