DESCRIPTION
That portion of Lot 83 of Parts of Ranchos Corral de Piedra,
Pismo and Bo1sa de Chamisal, subdivided by Jas. T. Stratton, in
the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, according to map filed for record in Book A, Page 65
of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County, de-
scribed as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northerly line of the property
described in the deed to Mors Development, Snc., recorded
on May 25, 1984, in Book 2597, at Page 986, Official Records
of said County, distant thereon S 57 15' W 95.00 feet from
the northeast corner thereof; thence,
N 57 15' E 95.00 feet to said corner; thence,
S 48 15' W 38.62 feet, more or less, to the beginning of a
curve concave to the north and having a radius of 110.00 feet
and which passes through the point of beginning; thence, along
said curve, 57.84 feet to the point of beginning.
