This Agreement is entered this 19th day of September , 1996, by and between the City of
Arroyo Grande, California, a municipal corporation ("City" herein), and Dazren Shetler, ("Owner" herein).
1. Grant of open-soace easement. Owner hereby grants to the public and the City, an open-space
easement in and over Lot 222 ("Subject Property") of Tract 1834 iJTIIT 2, according to the map filed for
record in the office of the County Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, Califomia, on �b�f 7
1996, in Book �, of maps at Page $�— (Subdivision Map).
2. Restrictions on use of the Subject Propertv. No structures, grazing, grading, filling or vegetation
removal shall be pernritted, e3ccept as may be required for City-approved trails, walkways, drainage facilities
or other City-approved infrastructure; or as authorized by the joint approval of the Higlilands at Rancho
Grande Homeowners Association and/or the Owner, and the City.
