This Agreement is entered this �day of T� he , 1997, by and between the City of Arroyo `
Grande, California, a municipal corporation ("City") herein), and OTTSE INC., a California corporation
("Owner" herein).
1. Grant of open space easement. Owner hereby grants to the public and the City, an open space
easement in and over Lot 57 ("Subject Property") of Tract 1997, according to the map filed for record in the
office of the County Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, California, on JUIU�, 1997, in Book
I$ of maps, at Page ��1 (Subdivision Map).
2. Restrictions on use of the Subject Property. No structures, grazing, grading, filling or vegetation
removal shail be permitted, except as may be required for City approved trails, walkways, drainage facilities
or other City approved infrastructure; or as authorized by the joint approval of the Las Jollas De Rancho
Grande Homeowners Association and/or the Owner, and the City.
