TRAFFIC MITIGATZON AGREEMENT
I/We, the undersigned, are the owner(s) of certain real property
located in the incorporated area of the City of Arroyo Grande,
Co�nty of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as:

I/We, hereby agree, on behalf of ourselves and any successor in
interest in the above-described property who have or who acquire
any rights, title or interest in said property to pay to the City
of Arroyo Grande the sum of $1,992.00 (One Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-
nine dollars) per residential lot for traffic mitigation for
the property described above. Payment shall be made to the City
prior to issuance of building permits on each individual lot or
within five (5) years of recordation of the final map, whichever
comes first. In the event that the owner(s) or successor(s) in
interest fails to pay the afore-mentioned sum within five (5) years
of recordation of the final map, the sum shall become a lien
against each lot.
