An easement for sewerline purposes over and across that portion
of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map AG66-104, according to the map filed
in Book 1 of Parcel Maps at Page 66, lying northerly of the
following described line:
Beginning at a point on the northwest line of said Parcel 1,
distant thereon 22.00 feet from the north corner the=eof; thence
easterly 28 feet, more or less, to a point on the northeast
line of said parcel, distant thereon 17.00 feet from the north
corner thereof,
In the event that said sewerline use is abandoned, this easement
shall terminate.
