THE WOMAN'S CLUB OF ARROYO GRANDE TO
THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
1. Real property in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as follows:
All that real property situate in the City of Arroyo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
known as the Valley View Tract, lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5,
in Block 3 and the Southerly 25 feet of lots 1, 2, 3,
and the Easterly 100 feet of Lot 4, in Block 4 and that
portion of Wilton Place lying between the above - described
property, according to the map of the Valley View Tract
recorded July 22, 1926, in Book 30 of Maps at Page 78,
records of said county.
Excepting therefrom that portion conveyed to the State
of California by the Woman's Club of Arroyo Grande
described in a grant deed recorded on August 18, 1954,
in Vol. 768 at Page 508 of Official Records of the
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California.
2. Former radio station building located at 211 Vernon
Avenue, Arroyo Grande, California, situated on the real property
described in item 3 below.
3. Interest of the Woman's Club of Arroyo Grande, as assignee,
in the Agreement of Lease between the City of Arroyo Grande, as
lessor, and Larson -Irwin Enterprises, a partnership, as lessee, dated
September 21, 1972, together with the option therein contained, cover-

a portion of the Valley View Tract according to the map
thereof filed for record July 22, 1926, in Volume 3
of Maps, at page 78, Records of said County, and more
particularly described as follows:
All of Blocks 3, 4, 6 and 7 of said Valley View Tract,
saving and excepting therefrom that portion deeded to the
Womens Club of Arroyo Grande by deed recorded in Book 657
Page 486, Official Records of said County.
