C O V E N A N T
The undersigned, owners of the property hereinafter described, for a valuable
consideration, on behalf of ourselves, our hems, administrators, executors,
successors or assigns, hereby covenant with the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal
corporation, that upon thirty (30) days written notice from said City, owners will:
1. Install, at owner's expense, curb and gutter on Tally Ho Road and on
new north -south street and the 30 foot AC paving on new north -south •
street shall be installed byproperty owners upon demand of City of
City of Arroyo Grande or upon formation of Improvement Assessment
District which would Include these properties.
This Lovenant shall run with the land hereinafter described in favor of the
City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, and shall be enforceable by said
City against ourselves, our heirs, administrators, executors, successors or assigns.
Sald property is located in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, and Is more particularly described as follows:
Lot 6 according to "MAP OF PROPERTY BELONGING TO B.F. HILLIKER G. �..
F.J. W00DBURY ", In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, filed for record February 4, 1889,
in Book B, at Page 78 of Maps, in the office of the County Re-
corder of said County.
Excepting that portion of said in 6 described as follows:
The Northeasterly 20 feet and the southeasterly 10 feet of
said Lot 6 said Northeasterly 20 feet being measured at
right angles to the Northeasterly line of said Lot, and
said southeasterly 10 feet being measured at right angles
to the southeasterly line of said lot. '
