by the Easement Deed

to the SOUTH SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT, a
governmental agency, is hereby accepted by the undersicg�ed
officer or agent on behal£ of the Board of Directors of the
SOUTH SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT, pursuant
to authority conferred by Resolution of the Board of Directors
of the SOUTH SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT adopted
on June 23, 1965, and the grantee consents to recordation
thereof by its duly authorized officer.

ledged, FRED F. PERRY and ROSA N. PERRY, husband and wife, do hereby
grant to the South San LuisObispo County Sanitation District, an
easement for, and the right to construct, maintain, operate, and
use a sanitary sewer trunkline in, under and across of the
described property:
Tho�� portions of Nipomo Street(abandoned) and Fourth
Street(abandoned� in the county of San Luis Obispo,,
state of California� as shown on Map No.2 of the Town
of Oceano filed in Book A page 148 of Maps in the
office of the county recorder of said county, included
within a strip of land 20 feet wide, lying 10 feet on
each side of the £ollowing described center line:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of lot 1 in Block
56 of said Map No. 2 of the Town of Oceano;thence
along the northerly prolongation ofthe easterly line
of said lot 1, North 25 feet;thence South 89
East 60 feet to the true point of beginning;thence
continuing South 89 East 480 feet more or fess to
the center line of Fourth Street(abandoned) as
shown on said map,
