1. Appaicants are the owr►ers o! that certein real property identified aa Sen Luis Obispo County

propngation or irrigation, anirt�el use a to provide fx a�ry ott�er services.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is egi�eed between tt�e pertles as fallows:
1. The (�ty of Arroyo Grende will allow Applicants to aonnect to the Gtty's No. �
waterline in Hueana Road on the followi�g teeme azd c�a�ditiore:
(a) Appdicents to pay ell expet�ses relatig to said service connection
(b) Applicants to pay all service chergea, perrtit fees and meet owditia�s ea set
forth in applicab1e Qty Ordinences and/or as establiahed by the (aty Council of
the CSty of Arroyo C�rende and es aet forth in Exhibit A, attached F.xtdbit A
retlects chergev in eftect on Aug�st 25, 1987, aod such cherQes will be revised
upon applicatiai far service ceomectiore in the event Cyty s�vice tees end
eherges chenge prior to the application date.
(c) Applicants� rignt to aty service aoes roc excera co eny aevelopment or nuitdirgs
or uv� ottier then tt�e eadating residence.
(d) APPUcants' Mght to City �t� is 1Ln[ted to a mexLnm ot a�e-third acre foot
e�uwielly, �rea�ued tram Jenuery 1 of eech year. In the event one-third acre
foot ennuel use is exceeded by Applicents, the aty may disoontiwe all water
