NOTICE OF LIEN

Pursuant to the authority vested in me by the "Improvement
Act of 1911", I did, on the 16th day of October, 1964, cause
the installation of curb, gutter and driveway aprons in front
of the real property hereinafter described, and the City Council
of the City of Arroyo Grande, did, on the 27th day o£ October,
1964, by Resolution No. 637 assess the cost of such installation
upon the real property hereinafter described, and the same has
nat been:paid nor any part �..Mereof, and the said City o£ Arroyo
Grande does hereby claim a lien on said property in the sum of
O�e Hundr�d S�vttlty ni� and 62/100 Dollars
�$ 179.62 ), and the sassde shall be a lien upon said real
property until the said sum, witlh interest at the rate of 6
percent per annum, from the said 17th day of November, 1964,
has been paid in full and discharged o£ record.
The real property hereinl�efore mentioned and upon which
a lien is claimed, is that certain piece or parcel of land
lying and being in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San
Luis Obispo, State o£ California, and particularly described
as follows, to-wit:
