the curb, g�atter and driveway aprons to be constru�ted, and the
legislative body of said Ci�,. did, on the 23r3 day of Febr�,�ary,
1965, by Resolution No, 646 assess tre cost of sucr construction
upon the real property hereina�ter described, and tl�,e same has
not been paid nor any part �tnereof and the said City, does
hereby claim a lien on said rea3 propert�� i.r.. the s,�m of
One Hundred Ninty Seven Dollara & T4rent� 197.22 ,
and the same shall. be a lierz c�pon said real propertv �ntil tt�e
said sum, with interest at t.�e rate of 6 percent per ann�m,
from the said 26th day o£ Marc?-. 1965, �as beer, paid ir_ full
and discharged of recorde
