Pursuant to the authority vested in me by the "Improvement
Act of 1911", I did, on the 16th day of October, 1964, cause
the installation o£ curb, gutter and driveway aprons in front
of the real property hereinafter described, and the City Council
of the City of Arroyo Grande, did, on tlhe 27th day of October,
1964, by Resolution No. 637 assess the cost of such installation
upon the real property hereina£ter described, and the same has
not been:paid nor any part �lraereof, and the said City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby claim a lien on said property in the sum of
One Hundred Eiqhty three and 46/100 Dollars
($ 183.46 ), and the same shall be a lien upon said real
property until the said sun., with interest at the rate of 6
percent per annum, £rom the said 17th day of November, 1964,
has been paid in full and disclaarged of record.
The real property hereinbefore mentioned and upon which
a lien is claimed, is that certain piece or parcel o£ land
lying and being in the City of Arroya Grande, County o£ San
Luis Obispo, State of California, and particularly described
as follows, to-wit:
