Pursuant to the authority vested in me by tYae "Improvement
Act of 1911", I did, on the 16th day of October, 1964, cause
the installation o£ curb, gu�ter and driveway aprons in front
of the real property hereina£ter described, and the City Council
of the City of Arroyo Grande, did, on the 27th day of October,
1964, by Resolution Noa 637 assess tkae cost of such installation
upon the real property kaereinafter described, and the same has
not been_gaid nor any part '�I�ereo£, and the said City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby claim a lien on said property in the sum of
ppe Hynormd i�inty five and 3U,l1GU Dollars
�$ 195.30 ) and the same shall be a lien upon said real
property until said swru, wit_h interest at the rate o£ 6
percent per annum, from the said 17th day of November, 1964,
has been paid in full and disc�narged of record.
The real property hereirabefore mentioned and upon which
a lien is claimed, is that certain piece or parcel of 7and
lying and being in the City of Arroy� Grande, County of San
Luis Obispo, �tate of California, and particularly described
as follows, to-wit:
