Pursuant to the authority vested in me by �kae "Improvement
Act of 1911", I did, on the 16th day of October, 1964, cause
the installation of curb, gutter and driveway aprons in £ront
of the real property hereinafter descri and the City Council
of the City of Arroyo Grande, did, on the 27th day of October,
1964, by Resolution No. 637 assess the cost oE such installation
upon the real property hereina£ter described, and the same has
not.been.gaid nor any part tr�raereof, and the said City of Azroyo
Grande does hereby claim a lien on said property in the sum of
One tiundred aiyhty t.tirea and 46/lU0 Dollars
($ lki3.4b ), and the same shall be a lien upon said real
property until the said suiru, witlh interest at the rate of 6
percent per annum, from the said 17th day of November, 1964,
has been paid in full and disci�arged of record.
The real property hereirabefore mentioned and upon whieh
a lien is claimed, is that certain piece or parcel of land
lying and being in the City o£ Arroyo Grande, County o£ San
Luis Obispo, �utate of Cali£ornia, and particularTy described
as follows, to-wit:
