Pursuant to the authority vested in me by �.he "Improvement
Act of 1911", I did, on the 16th day of October, 1964, cause
the in�tallation of curb, gwtter and driveway aprons in front
of the real property hereina£ter described, and the City Council
of the City of Arroyo Grande, did, or� the 27th day of October,
1964, by Resolution Noe 637 assess the cost of such installation
upon the real property laereinafter described, and the same has
not been:paid nor any part L��ereof, and the said City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby claim a lien on said property in the sum of
On� Hundr�d E14hty tw'o and 02/100 Dollars
($ 182.02 ), and the sa*Eae shall be a lien upon said real
property until the said sunu, witka interest at the rate of 6
percent per annum, from the said 17th day of November, 1964,
has been paid in full and discharged of record.
The real property herein}�efore mentioned and upon which
a lien is claimed, is that certain piece or parcel of land
lying and being in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, and particularly described
as follows, to-wit:
