Pursuant to the autnority ves[.:d in m2 by the "Improvemenl Act ot 1911",
I did, on the %;ih day o( Augusl 196G, cause [h�.• installation of curb, gutter and
driveway aprons in front of the �eal propert� h�_reinafter described, Vested
Owner N� L Gaynos , ano the City Louncil of ihe City
of Arroyo Grande, did, on th� 23rd cay of Au gust, 1966, by Resolution No. 713
assess the cost of such ins[allation upon t' r�al prop.;r[y hereinaf[er described,
and [he same has no[ been paid nor any part thzreof, and the said Ci[y of Arro�.c.
Grande does hereby claim a lien on ;aid property in Che sum of
Three Hundred Fourteen and 49/100 Dollars
($314.49 � ), and the same shall be a lien upon said real property un[il the
said sum, wi[h interes[ at the rate of 6 percent per annum, from the said 22nd
day of September ,)966, has becn paid in full and discharged of record.
