COVENANT RUNNING WITH LAND

This agreement entered into between Donald E. Freeland, a single man
and Rudie Vandermeyde, a single man , of
969 Dodson Way, Arroyo Grande, California
,
hereinafter called owners, with the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal cor-
poration, hereinafter called City, is entered into in consideration of the
following facts:
1. Owners are the owners of that certain house and lot being

of the City of Arroyo Grande, c�nonly known as 969 Dodaon Way
, Arroyo Grande, Califoxnia.
2. City's Municipal Code Section 6-6.503 provides for no aewer ser-

into an agreement in writing to do so.
3. In consideration for the owners agreeing to pay to the City of
Arroyo Grande the aum of $986.43
in 10
equal installments co�encing July 1 , 19 77 ,
together with interest thereon, ownera are granted a perma�ent
right to connect to said sewer.
In conaideration of the foregoing, Donald E. Freeland �d
Rudie Vandermeyde hereby agree to pay to the City of Arroyo
Grande at the City Hall, Arroyo Grande, California, the principal etmm of
$986.43
together with seven per cent interest on the unpaid
balance of said sum. Said princfpal sum will be paid in 1 � equal
vavments in the amount of $140.45
