Pursuant to the requirements of Section 3114 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California, the undersigned Clerk
of the legislative.body of the
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
State of California, HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that a diagram and assess-
nent were recorded in the Office of the Superintendent of Streets
of said City, as provided for in said Section, and relating to the
following described real property:
All that property lying within the boundaries
of the Assessment District, of. which the ex-
terior boundaries and real property of said
District are as delineated upon a Map of said
ASSESSMENT DTSTRICT NO. 79-1
filed in the Office of the County Recorder of
SAN LUIS OBISPO
in Assessment District Maps Book ,

County, and as shown on an Assessment Diagram
recorded in the Office of the Superintendent
o£ Streets of said City.
NOTICE.IS FURTHER GIVEN that upon the recording of this Notice in
the Office of the County Recorder, the several assessments assessed
on the lots, pieces and paxcels shown on said filed Assessment Dia-
gram shall become a lien upon the lots or portions of lots assessed,
respectively.
Reference is made to the Assessment Diagram and Assessment Roll
recorded in the Office of the Superintendent of Streets of said
City.
Attached hereto is a list indicating the names of the assessed owners
all as required pursuant to Section 27288.1 of the Government Code of
the State of California.
