THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed

to the SOUTH SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT, a
governmental agency, is heseby accepted by the undersic� ed
officer or agent on behalf of the Board of Directors of the
SOUTH SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT, pursuant
to authority conferred by Resolution of the Board of Directors
of the SOUTH SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT adopted
on June 23, 1965, and the grantee consents to recordation
thereof by its duly authorized officer.

FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the OCEANO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT, does hereby
grant to the South San Luis Obispo County 5anitation District, an
easement for, and the right to construct, maintain, operate, and
use a sanitary sewer trunkline in, under and across of the herein-
after described property:
A right o£ way for the construction and maintenance
of a trunk sewer, 30 feet in width, lying along the
east property line of Lot 19 of Pismo Beach Gardens,
San Luis Obispo County, California, a survey of said
Lot 19, is filed in Book 5, Page 4 of Records of Surveys
in the County Recorders Office o£ said county. Said
right of way is more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 19; thence
north 706.0 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot
19; thence S 89 W 25 feet; thence south 706.0 feet
to the north line of the Pike; thence N 89=-45' E 25
feet along the north line of the Pike to the point of
beginning.
