Pursunnt to the nuthority vested in me by the "Improvement Act of 1911",
2 did, on the $'th day of September, 1967, cause the instnllation of curb,
gutter and driveway aprons in £ront of the renl property hereinnfter described,
Vested Owner Rodgers, C. H. & E. F. , nnd the City
Council of the City of Arroyo Grnnde, did, on the 26th dny o£ September, 1967,
by Resolution No. 765, assess the cost of such installntion upon the real
property hereinafter described, and the same hns not been paid nor any part
thereof, nnd the said City of Arroyo Grande does hereby claim a lien on said
property in the sum o£ One Hundred Seventy Four and 02/100 Dollars S$174.02),
and the same shall be a lien upon said real property until the said sum, with
interest at the rnte of 6 percent per annum, £rom the said 28th day of October,
1967, has been paid in full and discharged of record.
The renl property hereinbe£ore mentioned and upon which a lien is claimed,
is thnt certain piece or parcel o£ land lying nnd being in the City o£ Arroyo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State o£ Cnlifornia, and pnrticularly de-
scribed follows, to wit:
In the Rancho Corrnl de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal -
A portion of Lot 105, as identified by Assessors Parcel No.
6-541-18 nnd commonly known as 170 South Alpine Street.
