GEORGE and PEAPL ri, GRIEB, husband and wife, do herewith
grant unto the City of Arroyo Grande, an easement� over,along
and across the hereinafter described strip of land for the pur-
pose of building, maintaining� constructing, erecting, replac-
ing, removing and repairing therein a sewer line together with
all necessary appurtenances thereto and together with the right
of ingress and egress over, along and upon said premises for
any of such purposes.
Said strip of land is described as follows, to-wit:
All that real property situate and located in the County of �an
Luis Obispo, State of California, described as follows:
Being a portion of Lot 108 of the survey of Kanchos
Corral de Piedra Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, as
surveyed by James T. Stratton in September, 1873,
and being further described as follows:
Beginnin� at the 5outheast corner of Block 1� as shown
on a Alap of Tract 50, recorded November 19, 1948, in
Book 5, at page 67, San Luis Obispo Count�r kecords, s
and proceeding.thence �ast� along the Easterly exten-
sion of the Southerly line of said Block 1, a distance
of 261 feet; thence South, a distance of 20.U0 feet;
thence West, along a line parallel to the said South
line of Block 1, a distance of 261 feet to the east-
erly line of Tract Vo. 50; thence North, along said
Easterly line of Tract No. 50, a distance of' 20.00
feet to the point of beginn'ng.
