FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, a Municipal Corporation organized under the
laws of the State of California, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim to
Parkside Viilage LLC any and all interest it has in real property located in the
City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
described as follows:
An easement for the purpose of the construction, maintenance and operation of
a drainage channel for the use by the Grantee, said easement to be a strip of land
twenty-five (25) feet in width lying westerly of, parallel, and adjacent to the easterly
line of Lot 17 of Pismo Beach Gardens in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, according to Map recorded September 3, 1924, in Book 3, Page 45 of
Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County.
