The offers of dedication for Tract 2310 — Phase I I were accepted per attached City Council
Resolution No. 4236 on December 8, 2009.

Obispo, State of California, do hereby certify under penalty of perjury, that the attached
Resolution No. 4236 is a true, full, and correct copy of said Resolution passed and
adopted at a Regular meeting of the City Gouncil/Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Arroyo Grande on the 8 day of December 2009.

RESOLUTION NO. 4236
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING EASEMENTS AND
IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 2310 - PHASE il,
CONSTRUCTED BY S�S HOMES
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Final Tract Map 2310 — Phase II on April 25,
2006; and
WHEREAS, the project was conditioned to complete certain public improvements
pursuant to Resolution No. 3916 adopted by the City council on April 25, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed the improvements required by the
conditions of approval for Tract 2310 - Phase II; and
WHEREAS, staff has inspected the improvements and finds they are constructed in
accordance with the approved plans for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby accept the following offers of dedication and improvements for
Tract 2310 — Phase II:
1. Public Water Easement and associated improvements,
2. Public Sewer Easement and associated improvements,
3. Public Storm Drain Easement and associated improvements,
4. Public Street Tree Easement and street trees,
5. Public curb, gutter, sidewalk and streets on Bakeman Northeast,d Bakeman
Northwest and Dixson Street
6. Public curb, gutter and sidewalk on Farroll Avenue consisting of 687 lineal
feet of improvements.
On motion of Council Member Arnold, seconded by Council Member Fellows, and by
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Arnold, Fellows, Guthrie, and Mayor Ferrara -
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Costello
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 8 day of December 2009.
