RESOLUTION NO. 4305
A RESOLUTIQKOF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING EASEMENTS AND
IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 2236 CONSTRUCTED BY
MANGANO HOMES
The offers of dedication per Tract Map 2236 were accepted per attached City Council
Resolution No. 4305 on September 14, 2010.
RESOLUTION NO. 4305
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING EASEMENTS AND
IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 2236 CONSTRUCTED BY
MANGANO HOMES
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Final Tract Map 2236 on November 28, 2006;
and
WHEREAS, the project was conditioned to complete certain public improvements
pursuant to Resolution No. 3732 adopted by the City Council on January 13, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed the improvements required by the
conditions of approval for Tract 2236; and
WHEREAS, staff has inspected the improvements and finds they are constructed in
accordance with the approved plans for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby accept the following offers of dedication and improvements for
Tract 2236:
1. Public Water Easement serving the affordable housing lots and associated
improvements,
2. Public Sewer Easement serving the affordable housing lots and associated
improvements,
3. Public Street Easement formerly a private street providing access to Grace
Bible Church, now incorporated into Grace Lane.,
4. Public curb, gutter, sidewalk, water lines, sewer facilities, storm drainage
facilities and streets on Grace Lane west of Rodeo Drive.
On motion by Council Member Costello, seconded by Council Member Ray, and by the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Costello, Ray, Fellows, Guthrie, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
The foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 14 day of September 2010.
