NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 66499.20.3 of the Government Code of
the State of California, that the real properties described herein, have been merged
together into one parcel or unit of land, and that said real properties are not separate
properties for the purpose of subdivision or development.
This Certificate of Compliance is issued in accordance with Government Code section
66499.35 and shall be recorded in San Luis Obispo County. This certificate relates only
to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision Map Act and City of
Arroyo Grande ordinances enacted pursuant thereto. The parcel described herein may
be sold, leased, or financed without further compliance with the Subdivision Map Act or
any local ordinance enacted pursuant thereto. Development of the parcel may require
issuance of a permit or permits, or other grant or grants of approval.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said merger has been executed by the owners of the
