The following corrections (and/or) additions to Tract 3037 as filed in Book 33
of Maps at Page(s) 73 to 75 in the office of the County Recorder are
hereby made in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act:
The 2" iron pipe and tag LS6208, shown at the most southerly corner of Lot 3 of Tract
3037 was not set at the lot corner due to obstruction by a wood fence post. A 2" iron
pipe and tag LS 6208 was set on a 0.50 foot offset to the lot corner, on the
southwesterly lot line of Lot 3, N 29°00'00"W from the southerly corner of Lot 3.
