That portion of Lot 7 of Tract 3048, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California according to the Map of Tract 3048 filed December 17, 2015
in Book 35 of Maps at Pages 65 through 71 in the Recorder's Office of said County and
State described as follows:
A strip of land 4.20 feet wide, lying northerly of and concentric with the following
described line:
Commencing at the west corner of said Lot 7 at the northerly right of way of Castillo Del
Mar according to said Map and the beginning of a curve concave northerly having a
radius of 274.00 feet to which a radial line bears South 2°58'03" West;
thence easterly along said right of way curve through a central angle of 1°09'44"
an arc length of 5.56 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
thence continuing easterly along said right of way curve through a central angle of
4°27'36" an arc length of 21.33 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve concave
southerly having a radius of 826.00 feet;
thence continuing easterly along said right of way curve through a central angle
of 0°16'18" an arc length of 3.92 feet.
