Obispo, State of California according to the Map of Tract 3048 filed December 17, 2015
in Book 35 of Maps at Pages 65 through 71 in the Recorder's Office of said County and
State described as follows:
A strip of land 4.20 feet wide, lying southwesterly of and concentric with the following
described line:
Commencing at the north corner of said Lot 12;
thence along the southwesterly right of way of Castillo Del Mar according to said Map
South 53°22'06" East a distance of 191.86 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave northeasterly having a radius of 326.00 feet;
thence southeasterly along said right of way curve through a central angle of
6°45'03" an arc length of 38.41 feet to the True Point of Beginning and the beginning
of a reverse curve concave southwesterly having a radius of 25.00 feet;
thence continuing southeasterly along said right of way curve through a central
angle of 76°11'51" an arc length of 33.25 feet.
