Obispo, State of California according to the Map of Tract 3048 filed December 17, 2015
in Book 35 of Maps at Pages 65 through 71 in the Recorder's Office of said County and
State described as follows:
A strip of land 4.20 feet wide, lying easterly of and concentric with the following
described line:
Commencing at the east corner of said Lot 15;
thence along the easterly line of said Lot 15 North 19°58'57" West a distance of 261.85
feet to the southerly right of way of Castillo Del Mar according to said Map and the
beginning of a non-tangent curve concave southerly having a radius of 774.00 feet to
which a radial line bears North 1°32'37" West;
thence westerly along said right of way curve through a central angle of 1°06'40" an arc
length of 15.01 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve concave northerly having a
