Obispo, State of California according to the Map of Tract 3048 filed December 17, 2015
in Book 35 of Maps at Pages 65 through 71 in the Recorder's Office of said County and
State described as follows:
A strip of land 4.20 feet wide, lying southeasterly of and concentric with the following
described line:
Commencing at the west corner of said Lot 21 at the southeasterly right of way of Del
Sur according to said Map;
thence along said southeasterly right of way North 31°47'47" East a distance of 177.96
feet to the True Point of Beginning and the beginning of a tangent curve concave
southeasterly having a radius of 25.00 feet;
thence northeasterly along said right of way curve through a central angle of
73°47'10" an arc length of 32.20 feet.
